Last updated 8 November 2026

This notice explains what personal data Borestack Limited (“we”) collects through the Borestack™ website, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Who is responsible

Borestack Limited, 3 Ekpeli Drive, Port Harcourt, Nigeria., is the data controller. Contact us at info@borestack.com about anything in this notice.

What we collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Why we use it

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who sees it

Only our team that handles Borestack demos. The providers that host our server and our email, both in the United Kingdom, process it for us under contract.

Transfers outside Nigeria

Because our server and email are in the United Kingdom, your details leave Nigeria. The United Kingdom has its own data protection law, the UK GDPR, and an independent regulator. We make these transfers in line with the Act’s rules on transfers outside Nigeria, and when you book a demo you also agree to your details being stored there.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or give you a copy in a common format. You can object to our use of it and withdraw your consent. Write to info@borestack.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Demo requests are stored on our server in the United Kingdom, readable only by our team, and the site sends email only over encrypted connections.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
